Power up to 800 hp: piston and conrods for 2.0L TSI engines with chain
With this set, you have the perfect combination of forged pistons and connecting rods for your 2.0L TSI engine: The high-performance pistons come from JE Pistons, the robust steel h-beam conrods come from BAR-TEK® and racing connecting rod bearings are included! These components not only harmonise perfectly with each other, but you also save money with the set compared to buying them individually.
The JE Pistons piston are extra reinforced for extreme performance and are also quite light. This combination is of course perfect for motorsport. The piston comes with everything you need for installation: bolts, rings and clips.
Our h-beam conrods are also extremely light and very stable at the same time. Thanks to their design, they can easily withstand high pressure loads. They are milled from solid material and have an additional bore (rifle drilled) for better piston pin lubrication. They also come with everything you need for installation: the appropriate ARP expansion bolts and installation paste.

Q – Asymmetric:
The asymmetric piston design from JE Pistons. Has a wide piston skirt on the main pressure side and a narrow, friction-reducing one on the secondary pressure side. Due to this design, our special oil spray nozzles for piston crown cooling must be fitted to piston which are labelled with a Q in the design. You can find these below at accesories!
FSR piston:
The asymmetric FSR (Forged Side Relief) piston line from JE Pistons features a modern forged design with a wider piston skirt on the main pressure side and a smaller, friction-reducing skirt on the secondary pressure side. Combined with precise CNC machining, the result is a high-strength, lightweight piston that is extremely durable.

The Ultra Series piston combines all the premium features of JE and the brand new technology of the forging industry!
JE’s revolutionary Perfect Skirt coating is one of the many technologically advanced aspects of the Ultra Series. It protects the piston skirts, reduces friction and prevents cold start piston slap and false knock.
All Ultra Series piston come with a ceramic crown coating as standard to guarantee longer life and better exhaust cleaning properties.
Thicker piston pins made from premium material are another feature of the Ultra Series.
Combined with the unique Grain Flow Optimised forging technology, the Ultra Series is ready for tremendous performance.
