Our own upgrade fuel pump for the high-pressure system for all 2.0L TSI engines of the third generation for self-conversion.
We have set ourselves the task of reinventing the wheel. The result is our own upgrade tappet for the high-pressure pump. Manufactured in Germany with the highest precision and perfect quality.
In a very long test phase of over 500 hours in the car, there was not a single failure of the pump. We are now proud to be able to offer you this pump for self-conversion. The icing on the cake of the tappet is the spring retainer made of titanium, which is not only very light, but also shows no wear at all.

The software must be adapted after conversion.
Important: After installation, the vehicle must NOT be started immediately ! Switch on the ignition and wait a little until the pre-feed pump has delivered the fuel supply to the high-pressure pump. Only then may the engine be started. Otherwise, the new pump may fail immediately!
